MEET JASON
From military precision to master craftsmanship
Jason Webb’s approach to construction was shaped long before he set his first tile.
From 2000 to 2007, Jason served in the United States Navy as an Electronics Technician, specializing in line-of-sight and satellite communications and micro and miniature electronics repair. It was an environment where precision was not optional. Components had to meet exact specifications, procedures mattered, and mistakes had consequences.
After leaving the Navy, Jason entered the construction industry in 2008 and moved to eastern Long Island. Over the years that followed, he built experience across virtually every side of the tile and stone business — installation, sales, estimating, fabrication, templating, project management, and field coordination.
His career included work with Castle Remodeling, East End Tile & Carpet, Lido Stone Works, and LA Moda Ceramics. Along the way, he developed an extensive understanding of tile, natural stone, fabrication, and complex installation systems while managing demanding residential and commercial projects throughout the Hamptons.
He worked directly with architects, designers, builders, and homeowners on projects where the margin for error was essentially nonexistent.
The standard was simple: the work had to be right.
That experience eventually led Jason to build Hamptons Tile & Stone around a simple standard:

One project. One standard.
Today, Jason personally oversees each project from initial consultation through completion.
Clients aren’t passed from a salesperson to a project manager to a subcontractor. The person discussing the project is also the person responsible for making it work.
That creates a more personal experience, direct communication, and a single point of accountability.
Jason approaches each installation as both a technical system and an artistic undertaking — combining nearly two decades of field experience with an appreciation for layout, materials, proportion, and detail.
Every project gets the same level of attention.
Not because it’s a luxury project.
Not because it’s an expensive house.
Because it’s your house.
Jason’s philosophy is simple:
“Treat every project as if it were your mother’s house.”
Because when your name is on the work, good enough isn’t good enough.
